WASHINGTON — U.S. President Joe Biden’s nominees for industrial policy and weapons acquisition positions at the Pentagon will see their nomination process stalled, Republican U.S. Senator Dan Sullivan said on Thursday, as he sought clarity on an Alaska mining project.
