Alaska Airlines to launch direct flights to Iceland in summer 2026
Isavia, the operator of Keflavík International Airport, announced Tuesday that Alaska Airlines will begin nonstop seasonal flights between Seattle and Reykjavik starting in summer 2026. The new route marks Alaska Airlines’ first service to Iceland and the company aims to further strengthen air links between the Pacific Northwest and Europe during the region’s peak travel season.
