Russia’s biggest oil company announces more offshore Arctic drilling

The drilling campaign off the Taymyr Peninsula is set to begin next summer.

Five years after it found one of the largest oil fields in Arctic waters, Russian oil giant Rosneft says it has plans for more drilling in the Kara Sea.
