Russia calls for military meetings between Arctic states
Russia and other Arctic nations haven't met in military-focused forums since 2014.
COPENHAGEN — Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Thursday urged Arctic states to resume high-level military meetings amid growing tension in the region and expressed concern about the deployment of foreign troops in Norway near the Russian border.
