Finland mulls barring Russians from entering as border traffic grows
Finland's decision not to close its border to Russia will need to be reassessed after a mass mobilization, said the country's prime minister.

VAALIMAA, Finland — Finland said on Thursday it was considering barring most Russians from entering the country as traffic across the border from its eastern neighbor “intensified” following President Vladimir Putin’s order for a partial military mobilization.
