Alaska Governor: Market interest in state’s LNG plan is ‘unprecedented’

Last September, Gov. Bill Walker gave himself a year to decide if the $43 billion Alaska LNG project should survive, a decision he said he’d make based on whether the project had sufficient interest from potential gas buyers and pipeline investors.
