Equinor exits Russia joint ventures, transfers assets to Rosneft

OSLO — Norway’s Equinor said on Wednesday it has exited its Russian oil and gas joint ventures due to the war in Ukraine, transferring assets to state-owned Rosneft, its long-term partner.
