A Norway-based US bomber visits the Arctic for the first time

The B-1B strategic bomber visited Bodø to refuel.

A U.S. Air Force B-1B Lancer strategic bomber landed for a brief refueling stop at the Bodø Air Base just north of the Arctic Circle on Monday, the visit to the Arctic by such a plane since four were temporarily deployed to a base in southern Norway.
