Russia's Rosneft will hold two-thirds of the shares in the joint venture to develop the Severo-Komsomolskoye field, while Norway's Equinor holds the rest.

OSLO/MOSCOW — Russia’s Rosneft and Norway’s Equinor have agreed details on how to develop an Arctic Siberian onshore oilfield, they said on Monday, their first joint investment since agreeing to a strategic partnership in 2012.
