Quiet in Norwegian Arctic port as reloading of Russian Arctic LNG ends
Novatek said earlier this year that it would move the ship-to-ship reloading operations to Russian waters, and ultimately build a transshipment terminal.

After several million tons of liquefied natural gas from Russia’s Yamal project were reloaded in the waters outside Honningsvåg, in northern Norway, during the course of a few months, ship-to-ship transfers there have now ended.
