HELSINKI/MOSCOW — Finland’s GPS signal was intentionally disrupted during NATO war games in the Nordic countries over the past few weeks and the culprit could be Russia, Prime Minster Juha Sipila said on Sunday. The Kremlin on Monday dismissed the allegation.
